Solar Campus

Solar campus sets out to blaze the trail for sustainable and innovative means of transportation across university campuses with a top-down and grassroots approach, by having students and campuses take measures to reduce their carbon footprint.

Cheaper means of commuting

Drastically reducing the cost of transportation in and around campuses with our electric vehicles.

Green Energy Research

Collaborate with universities on e-mobility research varied between battery development, ECU development...

Zero Emissions

Provide zero-carbon footprint alternatives for transportation on campuses.

Solar Campus seeks to implement tested and proven methods to solve the transportation needs on campuses all across Ghana using eco friendly, renewable and cheaper sources of energy as compared to gasoline powered vehicles. A precursor and addon benefit will be to instill a culture of environmental consciousness in students and make them ambassadors of e-mobility by providing at first-hand experience with e-mobility.

Championing the sustainable energy course

Solar campus aims to put University campuses on the global radar as a green enclaves. This will will go a long way to facilitate collaborations with international climate change and emission reduction institution/programs.

The Electric Vehicle lab introduced with the assistance of solar campus will fast track research potentials for faculty and students; Capacity building programs like the e-mobility club will give students the opportunity to contribute to the global conversation on e-mobility through conferences and prepare them with the needed skill set to participate in the e-mobility industry.
